who we are
Our mission is Simple: To help you fix injuries and improve nutrition to be active, healthy, and pain-free, for life.
EVOLVE Flagstaff was created to help people fix injuries, improve their nutrition, do the things they love, and stay healthy, for the long term. We were frustrated with the healthcare status quo, which leaves you running in circles to endless appointments and overpaying for poor service and care without tangible results, which is why we decided to do things differently.
EVOLVE Flagstaff is the result. Our goal is to be your long-term partner for health and performance. We want to help you dig deeper into injuries, nutrition, and your relationship with your body while cutting through the noise and fads. We are here to help you define what health means for you.
