A 1-on-1 approach can help you to succeed by providing you with a plan, coaching, and support — all customized to you. Our certified personal training team is here to help you build lifelong strength, endurance, and resilience, no matter where you are starting from or what your goals are.

How does personal training at EVOLVE Flagstaff work?

Step 1: Schedule initial personal training assessment.

During the assessment, we will discuss your goals, injury history, and challenges. Our comprehensive assessment, crafted by Doctors of Physical Therapy, helps us to create a plan that is tailored to you.

Step 2: Create a plan.

Your trainer will create a personalized program for you based on your assessment. Say goodbye to random workouts.

We’ll also discuss how much support will be ideal for you. You can customize your plan based on your preferences and needs. Choose between full-time trainer support or a mix of solo workouts with periodic check-ins.

  1. Assess, don’t guess. The secret to consistent results lies in understanding your unique needs. Unlike many personal trainers, we prioritize an initial assessment to tailor your program effectively.

  2. Certified coaches: Personal training is an unregulated industry. EVOLVE’s coaches hold top certifications and receiving ongoing education from our Doctors of Physical Therapy.

  3. No short-term gimmicks: Fad diets and 4-week boot camps don’t work. So we won’t try to sell them to you. We believe in the power of compound interest: small wins consistently over time yield incredible results. Our role in that process is to offer unwavering support so that you can succeed, no matter what success looks like to you.

  4. Multiple different packages and memberships: We won’t pressure you to buy a program that won’t work for you long term. Success looks different for everyone. We’ll come alongside you and help you choose what’s best for you

Get started by booking an initial personal training consultation. During this session, we’ll chat about your goals and challenges, perform our movement assessment, and get started designing a program for you. This session has no long term commitment.

personal training pricing

A monthly membership can help with ongoing accountability, and offer a slight discount compared to packages. These memberships include also access to our open gym and classes. The monthly rate is based on the number of 1-on-1 sessions you select:

  • Once per week: $300 / month

  • Twice per week: $500 / month

  • Three times per week: $700 / month

You can also purchase packages of sessions. Sessions expire 1 year after purchase:

  • 5 Sessions: $400 ($80 per session)

  • 8 Sessions: $580 ($72.50 per session)

  • 10 Sessions: $700 ($70 per session)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who is this program perfect for?

    This program is ideal for individuals who want or need 1-on-1 attention and accountability from an experienced strength and conditioning coach. Our coaches are trained to work with individuals at any level of experience or fitness.

  • Is this program physical therapy?

    While this program is designed in part by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, it is not physical therapy. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any specific injury. We can accommodate a wide variety of needs including injuries and specific modifications, but the EVOLVE Personal Training program is not a substitute for 1-on-1 physical therapy.

    If you currently have pain or an injury, we recommend a physical therapy evaluation prior to starting the program. You should be able to complete the following movements without significant pain:

    • Stand up and down from a chair 5 times

    • Go up and down a flight of stairs

    • Get up and down from the floor

    • Place a 5-pound object onto a shelf above your head

    • If any of these movements causes you difficulty, we recommend scheduling a physical therapy evaluation before starting.
