evolve community groups
At Evolve, we want to redefine what it means to be a gym by placing community at our core. We're committed to fostering an environment where growth extends beyond physical fitness, where connections flourish, and personal growth takes center stage. Our pride lies in the diverse groups and programs we offer, each designed to empower our members and create a supportive network that transcends our walls. Join us and become part of a community where every individual's journey is celebrated and supported.
Community groups outside of the gym setting are important because they foster deeper relationships, promote overall well-being, provide a support network, encourage diverse perspectives, facilitate personal growth, and enhance community engagement. By investing in these initiatives, we aim to create a vibrant and inclusive space where members thrive both inside and outside of the gym.
Groups we are proud to be a part of
body inclusive collective
Who we are:
The Body Respect Group is a space where individuals can come together in an accountable and non-judgmental environment to discuss all things related to our bodies, body image, and share our lived experience of being a body. See and be seen. Hear and be heard. In community, we heal.
We meet monthly on Thursday evenings.
How we started:
Body Inclusive Collective Flagstaff (BIC FLG) is a group of individuals and providers who are committed to creating a more just and equitable world for all bodies. We do this by providing education for healthcare providers, collaborating with coaches and other individuals in the helping professions, and taking action within our community. We believe that together, we can create a safer space for all bodies.
Beyond masculinity
What is Beyond Masculinity
Beyond Masculinity is a movement that hosts community groups for anyone who wants to connect and explore authenticity beyond the constraints of patriarchal masculinity. We welcome and invite cis, trans, and non-binary folks who want to build community, grow together, and foster accountability in a space that centers collective healing over shame and isolation. Beyond Masculinity was created by Justice Roe Williams and John Bridger.
In-Person and Virtual
Each local branch of Beyond Masculinity is a part of a larger collective that meets virtually a few times a year to further deepen the conversation and connect across geographical divides, cultural perspectives, and intersecting identities. Currently, monthly in-person groups are being held in Boston, MA, and Flagstaff, AZ.
evolve breakfast club
friends and breakfast?! Sign me up!!
In the spirit of community building Evolve meets for breakfast on the second Saturday of every month after the 8:00 A.M. class. Each month we choose a different local breakfast spot to try. This is our favorite way to hang out with Evolve friends outside of the gym, and let’s face it who doesn’t love breakfast?!
Come to the workout (or don’t) and join us for breakfast club after! This is a great opportunity to mingle and enjoy our EVOLVE community! Stay tuned to our Instagram and newsletter for our next spot! We hope to see you there.
